And the discussion results came back... Unsettling.
And even more important, I got a new Rock Band guitar due to my friend smashing my old one to the floor thinking he was fucking Jimi Hendrix (he succeeded in pulling off an Expert song apparently, wasn't paying attention though). But he was the one who payed for the new one so all is good. Same as the old one, Stratocaster, and there was no problem with it either so I wouldn't have to get the hassle of making him give me the reciept.
I also got Rock Revolution, and its pretty bland. Its the same as Rock Band only you can't make your own characters in it. If there was a way, I must have missed it but I searched the instruction book and... no dice.
My horror poetry has been at a pause seeing as how I haven't been feeling very "horrifying" recently. Mostly been writing love poems. You can guess how that's going.
I'm also thinking of experimenting with a new style. A sort of musical style, but in a book form. I'm going to craft an entire book/story, out of songs that reveal pieces of the timeline. But in order to do so I would probably need at least up to 50 poems to do so, in order to maximize the plotline.
But don't worry standard novel lovers, I will also release a novel version of it too.
It's just a form I'm experimenting with though, I am not sure if anyone ever came up with it before the way I'm thinking of it, but basically what it is is that you got two characters.
Generally one is good, one is evil, or they're both opposites in some way.
Each one has its own set of lyrics, which can be done in two ways.
You can either have it as two separate songs, one on left, one on right (I've tried this with DevArt though, no dice)
OR you could try and make the poem so it revolves around itself. Its a large, large piece of work that requires one side to come after the other.
Then again I suppose you could also make it go top is one side's song
Bottom is other, but its hard to understand and I highly prefer the left and right as it is more easier to notice the reflection.
So yeah, I'm starting the New Year off with a new style of writing, a new Rockband guitar, and a shitload of ranting to do.
